• This website is operated by On Point Projects & IT Services (Pty) Ltd, a South African company.
• We are an authorised reseller of Esquire Technologies and other official distributors.
• You must be 18 years or older or use the site under supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to comply with all the terms listed below.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice.
• Stock is subject to supplier availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability or pricing errors.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed online through our secure checkout.
• Payments are processed via PayFast (credit/debit card, EFT, and more).
• Orders are processed once full payment is confirmed.
• We may cancel orders and refund payments if fraud is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Courier: The Courier Guy – Nationwide in South Africa
• Delivery Times:
  • ECO: 2–4 business days
  • OVN: Next business day
  • SDX: Same-day (subject to cut-off & area)
• Tracking provided after dispatch.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless due to product fault.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Faulty or Damaged Products:

• Report within 7 days of delivery.
• We’ll arrange collection and inspect for replacement/refund.

Returns for Unwanted Products:

• Return within 7 days unused, in original packaging.
• Refund issued minus courier fee.
• Handling/restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened software or downloads.
• Custom or special-order items.

To initiate a return, email info@onpointprojects.co.za with Order Number, Product, and Reason.

6. Warranties

• All items carry manufacturer warranties.
• Warranty varies by brand/model.
• Claims depend on supplier inspection & approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• No liability for incorrect use or unauthorized modifications.
• Courier delays are beyond our control.

8. Privacy & Security

• Your personal data is safe and not sold to third parties.
• All payments handled securely via PayFast.
