Refund & Returns Policy – On Point Projects & IT Services

At On Point Projects & IT Services, we value customer satisfaction. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and our responsibilities when returning or requesting a refund for a product purchased on our store at https://store.onpointprojects.co.za.
1. Faulty or Damaged Products
- If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not functioning as intended, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- We will arrange for collection of the item and inspect it for eligibility.
- If approved, a full refund or replacement will be issued at no cost to you.
- Return must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
2. Unwanted or Incorrect Products
- You may return unused, unwanted items within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Returned products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Courier return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
- A restocking or handling fee of up to 15% may apply, depending on supplier policy.
- Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the item.
3. Non-Returnable Products
- Software or downloadable digital products that have been opened or activated.
- Custom-built or special-order products.
- Consumables (e.g. ink, batteries) that have been opened or used.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed via the same payment method used during purchase (e.g. PayFast).
- Once approved, refunds will reflect within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
- We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
5. How to Request a Return

- Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for Return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
